Synder Hires Sherman Lewis

Daniel Snyder has hired some help for Jim Zorn on Tuesday. Unfortunately, he’s been around since before football was invented. Sherman Lewis, more commonly known for his bingo-calling skills than anything else, was a volunteer at a senior center before returning to football to help coach the Skins.

Lewis, who is 67, has been hired to help with the offense, which I don’t need to point out hasn’t been very successful. He’s previous worked with teams such as Detroit, Minnesota, Green Bay and San Francisco, from 1983-2004, and Green Bay won the Super Bowl in 1996 while he was on the coaching staff.

Hopefully Lewis will be the extra pair of eyes that the Redskins need.
