Bengals’ Zimmer Leads Team Despite Loss

Bengals’ defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer helped his team win 17-14 against the Ravens. This isn’t surprising, unless you factor in the recent loss of his wife, Vicki. The cause of death is still uncertain at the moment. The game occurred only 3 days after her death, but no one could blame him for wanting to be surrounded by his team, which is like a second family to him.

The Raven’s offense averages around 31 points per game in their first 4 games, were held to only 14 points and only 82 rushing yards.

Zimmer received the game ball, and reminded his team that his wife Vicki would be so proud of all of them.
