O's Win!

No, that is not a typo. Hard to believe it myself. After 13 consecutive losses, the O’s managed to beat the Ray’s 3-2 in Florida. The O’s decided to start left-handed pitcher Chris Waters, who has never started a game before this one. He managed to only allow a solo home run by the Ray’s Ben Zobrist. One thing that helped the O’s win this game was being able to score in the first inning. This is the first game that the O’s won while Nolan Reimold has been out with an injury. Adam Jones has been out with an ankle injury, Felix Pie has minor injuries, Luke Scott was not able to play last night due to a sore foot. Because Scott was out, Jeff Fiorentino was called up to play center field.

The O’s will take on the Toronto Blue Jays at home tomorrow night at 7:05pm. Go O’s!
